Mission: 

Carry one of 5 combinations of "passengers" (1/2 lb water bottles) and "cargo pallets" (1.4 lb clay bricks).  Actual combination of payload is not known until flight time.  Aircraft's ground shadow must fit into a 4 ft x 5 ft square.  Must have low system weight, low battery weight, and flexible payload restraint system to deal with payload variant.
